"Mobile site could use some work"
I tried using bixi.io on my phone, it was a bit frustrating. Some pages took a while to load, a few buttons didn’t respond right away, and I found myself zooming in and out more than I expected, which made it feel like the site isn’t fully optimized for mobile yet.
I ended up stopping after a while because it froze a couple of times when I was moving between screens. It might be a smoother experience on desktop, but on mobile it felt a little unfinished to me. Hopefully it’s something they can improve, because I’d be willing to try it again if the mobile experience gets better

"Why are the account settings such a hassle?"
The app works fine for the most part, but trying to manage my account is way more annoying than it needs to be. Everything feels clunky and unintuitive, and I spent too much time just figuring out where basic settings were. It’s not unusable, but it definitely gets frustrating.

I tried using bixi.io and wow, I was immediately regretting my life choices. Everything felt way more confusing than it needed to be, and when I reached out for help, support took forever. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but it felt like I needed a survival guide just to get through it. Definitely not worth the hassle for me.

The site itself works fine, but I ended up getting charged twice, which seems like a billing issue on their end. Support did fix it eventually, but it took a few days, so the whole payment part made me nervous.

Maybe it works better for other people, but my experience was really frustrating. I ended up giving up because it was wasting too much time.

I’ve been using Bixi for a little while nothing weird has happened, so that’s a plus. The site works fine from what I’ve seen, no major issues or anything, but I do wish they explained more about security and how user data is actually protected, because that part still feels a bit...
It doesn’t give me scam vibes, but I also wouldn’t say I fully trust it yet. If they were more transparent and made support easier to reach, I’d probably feel better about it. For now I’m giving it 3 stars, kind of waiting to see...

"Limited integrations made things frustrating"
We really wanted this to work, but the integration options just weren’t enough for our setup. A lot of the tools we use every day couldn’t connect, so we ended up doing way more manual work than expected. Support replied, but it felt copy-paste and didn’t really address our specific issue, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

Tried Bixi and got frustrated quickly. The layout felt all over the place, and I couldn’t really find what I needed. Maybe some people are fine with it, but it didn’t click for me. I gave up after a bit.

"Pretty good, but the downtime makes me nervous"
Most of the time it works fine for me, and when it’s running, I don’t really have any complaints. But every now and then it goes down, and that’s the part that bothers me. I hate feeling like I might lose time or miss something important because it’s not available when I need it. Overall it’s okay, just not as stable as I’d like.

I had a really frustrating time trying to cancel. The process wasn’t very clear, and then the refund took way longer than I expected. Has anyone else had the same issue with canceling or waiting on a refund?

I expected the service to be more consistent based on how it was described, but my deliveries kept showing up at different times or not as smoothly as promised. The wording made it seem like delivery would be dependable, so it was frustrating when that wasn’t my experience

I ran into an issue and, like, tried to get in touch with support, but the replies took way too long. I was kind of just sitting around waiting without any real update, which was frustrating. I mean, maybe the service works fine for other people, but for me, the support experience just wasn’t great

Bixi.io has been okay for the basic stuff I needed, and the docs did help me get started :) A few sections were a little confusing though, and I had to go back and reread them a couple times. Not a bad experience overall, just wish there were more simple examples to make things clearer!

I really wanted to like it, but for the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. It’s not terrible or anything, but I kept thinking, “make it make sense” because I don’t see where the extra cost is going.

I ran into a problem and reached out to bixi.io support, but it felt like we were just going in circles. The replies took a while, and when they did respond, the answers didn’t really fix what I was asking about, if that makes sense. I also had to explain the same issue more than once, which got frustrating. Overall, I wouldn’t say the resolution was good.

"Wish I’d Known the Updates Would Be So Slow"
The service itself was fine, so I wouldn’t say it was a total letdown. But I do regret not realizing how poor the communication would be. I spent a lot of time waiting for updates and not really knowing what was going on, which got frustrating. If they replied faster and kept people in the loop more, the whole experience would’ve been much better.
